The most prestigious human resources awards in Turkey were given to the winners for the 16th time this year under the Human Resources Summit held on February 15. Planning all of its works in line with the "human first" approach, Teksan Generator was given the Respect for Humanity Award during the Human Resources Summit for which the main sponsor is Kariyer.net. 

Organized in order to highlight the diligent works in the area of Human Resources and to share them with the public, Kariyer.net Respect for Humanity Awards were given with a ceremony held in Lütfi Kırdar Convention and Exhibition Center within the framework of Human Resources Summit on February 15. Drawing attention with its human based HR configuration, Teksan Generator wins the Respect for Humanity Award in the Human Resources Summit as a result of the high value it attached to the candidates who applied for a job.

Companies who were entitled to receive awards were evaluated based on their fulfilment of criteria such as quickly responding to applications from candidates, creating the largest employment and being the company to which the most applications were made. Companies who fulfilled these criteria throughout the year won the Respect for Humanity Award.
